Vendor Registration - 2023 Winter Conference

You are allowed up to four attendees with the vendor registration fee.

See the question after the item selection page to enter additional
name badge requests.

You are allowed two banquet tickets per registration. If you require additional banquet tickets, they much be purchased.

1 Display spot in the parking area (if desired)

4 Conference Personnel Registrations (additional attendees allowed for a fee)
1 player for Golf tournament 
2 Banquet Tickets

Vendors also need to register for golf and contact Justin Brines at for a discount code.

Please remember that name badges are required for entry to all sessions, breaks, vendor area, and banquet. OEMS CE will only be awarded by scanning name badges.
Cancellation Policy:

If you cannot attend the Pre-Conference or Symposium, you may transfer your registration to another attendee, transfer to the next scheduled conference or request a refund based upon the following conditions.

Membership fees will not be refunded.

Transfers to the next scheduled conference: No Penalty Fee; only one Transfer permitted.

Transfers substituting another attendee must be made prior to conference; transfer on site will result in a 10% of registration cost penalty fee.

Requests to transfer payment to the next scheduled conference must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference registrar ( by the first day of the conference. Telephone requests will not be honored.

Refunds for cancellations received 30 days prior to the first day of a conference will receive a full refund.

Refunds for cancellations less than 30 days, but more than 10 days prior the conference will receive a 50% refund.

There will be no refunds for cancellations 10 days or less prior to a conference.

All transfers/refunds/cancellations must be done online by the dates specified.

NCAEMSA is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, prepaid parking, prepaid tours, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations.

The final decision on transfers/refunds/cancellations rests with the NCAEMSA Executive Board.
